/ WaveBridge Buffer | NMEA Line Splitter /

One talker in. Every listener fed, on one input or two.

WaveBridge Buffer repeats one NMEA 0183 talker across galvanically isolated outputs, in two models. The single-input model drives ten RS422 outputs and one RS232 output. The dual-input model watches two sources and feeds nine RS422 outputs, switching to the standby within two seconds and closing an alarm contact if both inputs go quiet.

/ TWO SOURCES, ONE OUTPUT /

When one input stops, the other carries on.

Failover without intervention

Both inputs are watched continuously. If the live one stops, the unit changes over to the standby source and the outputs keep carrying data.

Main and emergency supply

The unit runs from two independent feeds, so when one supply is unavailable the other keeps the distribution unit itself alive.

Reported, not silent

If both inputs fail the alarm output changes state instead of the data simply stopping, and the selector beside it decides whether the source is chosen automatically or by hand.

Key Benefits

Automatic failover between two NMEA 0183 inputs in two seconds, on the dual-input model.

Ten isolated RS422 outputs plus RS232 on the single-input model, nine on the dual-input model.

Alarm contact when both inputs fail, with Auto, Input-1 and Input-2 selection.

Main and emergency supplies with automatic bus polarity correction.

Uninterrupted signal flow.

WaveBridge Buffer protects the talker from its listeners: every output is galvanically isolated, so a short or a faulty device stays on its own line. Choose the single-input model for ten RS422 outputs plus RS232, or the dual-input model for redundancy across nine RS422 outputs.
