Where this site links to a third-party website, the content of that site is the responsibility of its own operator. We check a site before linking to it, but we cannot monitor it afterwards and we accept no responsibility for what it later contains.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies this site uses are listed in our Cookie Policy.
Use of this website is governed by our Terms of Use. The supply of equipment, software, spares, installation, commissioning and service is governed by the quotation, order confirmation or framework agreement agreed in each case, together with our general conditions of sale. Where those documents conflict with anything published on this website, those documents prevail.
Navigation, positioning and marine communication equipment can fall under export control and sanctions regimes, including those of the European Union and the Netherlands. Nothing on this website is an undertaking that a product may lawfully be supplied to a particular customer, vessel, country or end use. All supply is subject to our compliance checks and to any licence required.
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at support@sealink.co — most matters are resolved faster that way than through any formal route. If we cannot settle it between us, disputes are subject to the law of the Netherlands and to the courts of Rotterdam, as set out in our Terms of Use. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operating in July 2025 and is therefore no longer available.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website or in one of our products, please tell us at support@sealink.co with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable period to investigate and fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed. We do not take legal action against researchers who act in good faith, stay within the scope of their own testing, and do not access, alter or destroy data belonging to anyone else.
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including visitors relying on a screen reader, keyboard navigation or reduced motion. If you hit a barrier on any page, write to support@sealink.co, tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will fix it and give you the information you were after in another form in the meantime.
The company details on this page are kept current. If you find that any of them is out of date or inconsistent with a public register, please let us know so we can correct it.
