Regional Sales & Channel Manager – Asia

Build SEALINK’s maritime electronics sales and partner network across Asia. A full-time hybrid role based in Singapore.

Help build SEALINK’s business in Asia

SEALINK is a maritime technology company from the Netherlands, developing navigation, sensing, test and data equipment for vessels. Its portfolio includes GuardianGPS, the anti-jamming GPS navigator, Smeat, the GMDSS tester, Velador, the AI vision and object detection system, and SeaVault, the intelligent data logger.

SEALINK is looking for a Regional Sales & Channel Manager to develop customer relationships, build productive partnerships and grow sales across selected markets in Asia.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with regular travel within the territory. Your initial focus will be Singapore, Malaysia and selected opportunities in Indonesia. You will work closely with company leadership and the engineering team, with scope to expand the territory as the business develops.

Your role

You will take ownership of commercial development in the territory, from identifying customer needs and arranging demonstrations through to proposals, negotiation and repeat business.

Your initial priorities are maritime electronics sales and partner development. You will also identify and progress suitable defence, government and OEM opportunities with support from the technical team.

What you will do

  • Develop business with shipowners, ship managers, marine service companies, shipyards and systems integrators.
  • Build sales opportunities for GuardianGPS and Smeat, and identify relevant applications for the wider SEALINK portfolio.
  • Recruit, evaluate and support distributors and integration partners.
  • Help partners build product knowledge, customer opportunities and their first sales.
  • Coordinate technical discussions, demonstrations and evaluations with the SEALINK engineering team.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms within agreed pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Identify suitable naval, coast guard and unmanned vessel opportunities, including their technical requirements and procurement routes.
  • Maintain clear account plans, CRM records and realistic sales forecasts.
  • Share customer feedback and regional market requirements with the product team.
  • Represent SEALINK at customer meetings and industry events.

What you bring

  • At least five years of sales, business development or channel management experience in maritime electronics or a closely related technical field.
  • A record of developing customers and closing technical product or solution sales.
  • Practical experience in Singapore and other Southeast Asian markets.
  • An understanding of maritime navigation, communications, test equipment or vessel systems integration.
  • Experience working with distributors, service companies or systems integrators.
  • The ability to discuss customer requirements with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgement, including pricing, margins and account development.
  • Fluent English and clear communication across cultures.
  • A relevant technical or commercial qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Experience with naval customers, government procurement, GNSS systems, GMDSS equipment or maritime vision technology would be an advantage. Additional languages relevant to the territory are welcome.

What SEALINK offers

  • Ownership of a developing regional market.
  • Direct collaboration with company leadership and engineering.
  • The opportunity to influence customer strategy, partner development and product priorities.
  • Product training and technical support for customer engagements.
  • A competitive base salary plus a performance-based incentive plan. The package reflects relevant experience and the agreed scope of responsibility.
